If an incorrect size has been ordered, the buyer must first contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to arrange for the item to be re-sized. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for re-sizing. Orders to be re-sized will be processed through as a custom order.
The cost of bracelet re-sizing is $15.00 and includes:

• A prepaid shipping label to return the bracelet to us ($5.00 +/-)
• All materials / supplies / labor / Administrative Fees needed to re-size your bracelet ($5)
• The cost of shipping to return the bracelet to you ($5.00 +/-)
