If a proof image is requested, shipment will be within 24-48 hours after the proof image has been approved.
If there will be a delay in processing, Arctic Summit will notify you by email.

Yes, we ship our items all over the world. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
Please be aware that all customs / VAT charges are out of our control and are the responsibility of the buyer.

At Arctic Summit, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made items designed to meet your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
Faulty Items:
If your item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not offered for faulty items.
Incorrect Customization:
If an error has been made in the customization of your item due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not issued for incorrectly made items.
To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date, and the item must be in new, unused condition.
Using a fabric measuring tape, snugly wrap the tape measure around the wrist you plan to wear your bracelet on. Be sure to keep the tape measure on the wrist and not allow it to slide up to the forearm. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0. Be sure to measure from Zero, not the edge of the measuring tape.
If you need help determining the correct wrist measurement and a fabric tape measure is not available, we recommend using any denomination of US paper currency. All US paper currency is 6 inches in length. Fold the bill in half lengthwise and wrap it around your wrist. Measure the gap (or overlap) between the two ends of the bill. Add the gap (or subtract the overlap) measurement to the original 6 inches. This should give you an accurate wrist measurement.
A comfortable fit is taken into consideration when making your paracord bracelet. If you select a size that is larger than your ACTUAL wrist measurement, your bracelet will likely be too large. Please be sure to measure accurately as we do charge a re-sizing fee if the wrist measurement supplied with the order is incorrect.
If your exact wrist measurement is not listed in the drop-down box, please round up to the next size.
It is always advisable to get an accurate wrist measurement whenever possible. However, we do understand that sometimes a wrist measurement is not possible. Please refer to the following average wrist measurements.

If an incorrect size has been ordered, the buyer must first contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date to arrange for the item to be re-sized. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for re-sizing. Any item returned to Arctic Summit without prior authorized approval will be returned to sender at the senders expense.
How much does bracelet re-sizing cost?
The cost of bracelet re-sizing is $15.00.
What is included in the bracelet re-sizing order?
A bracelet re-sizing order includes:
- A pre-paid shipping label to return the bracelet to us
- Any added materials, supplies, and labor needed to re-size your bracelet as well as administrative fees ($5)
- The cost to ship the item back to you after it has been re-sized ($5)
Upon payment, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label to use when mailing your item back to us. Once your bracelet is re-sized, it will be returned to you by USPS First Class.
Paracord is mildew and rot resistant. It is safe to get your paracord bracelet wet. To dry your bracelet, lay it on a flat surface and allow to air dry. Do not dry your paracord bracelet in a clothes dryer. This will scratch the ID tag.
We recommend gently scrubbing your bracelet with a toothbrush or other soft-bristled brush in warm water mixed with a small amount of mild detergent. Pay careful attention not to scratch the ID tag. Once the bracelet has been cleaned, lay it on a flat surface and allow it to air dry. Do not put the bracelet in the dryer as this will scratch the ID tag.
If a proof image is requested, we email proof images within 24 hours. We ask that you review your proof image carefully to ensure everything is correct. To avoid processing delays, proof image approval is requested within 48 hours. If a response is not received within 48 hours, Arctic Summit will assume the image meets your approval and will begin processing your order.
Please note: Proof images are only an example image to confirm the layout, font selection, text size, and spelling. Proof images are a black & white image and not an exact representation of the final engraved product.
Since the proof image email will contain an attached image file, some email providers may send the email to your "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Please be sure to check these folders for your proof image.
Arctic Summit is more than happy to create custom ID tags. Please understand designing your custom ID tag takes a considerable amount of time and creativity. This service is provided to you at no additional charge however, work on custom ID tags will only begin after payment has been received.
If you need to make a change to the order, please contact us right away. Generally, we can make a change to the order if the item has not been engraved. If the item has already been engraved, we will not be able to make changes to the order.
Proof image approval is requested within 48 hours. If a response is not received within 48 hours, Arctic Summit will assume the image meets your approval and will begin processing your order. No changes to the image can be made once the item has been engraved.
Arctic Summit makes every effort to ensure all graphics used in our products comply with Intellectual Property Laws. This means we are not able to engrave a licensed logo or image on our products.
Arctic Summit makes every effort to ensure all graphics used in our products comply with Intellectual Property Laws. Customers are prohibited from using Arctic Summit’s Services to create designs that infringe upon third party intellectual property rights. Customers must have the authority or express written permission from the trademark and/or copyright holder to reproduce any graphic supplied with their order. By supplying an image, you agree that you are responsible for any copyright infringements and any fines or penalties that may result. Arctic Summit reserves the right to refuse any order without reason.
When we use the word symbol, we are referring to a simple, computer generated, flat image. There is no additional charge for engraving a symbol on most of our items.
Photos refers to any complex image or image taken with a camera. At this time we do not offer photo engraving.
We set engraving limits on our items primarily for legibility and esthetics. Our experienced engravers have been tasked with determining the maximum lines of text and maximum characters per line for each individual item. Many factors, such as shape and size of the engraving area affect the limits that have been set.
If your desired text exceeds our limits by one or two characters, please enter the text without one or two spaces. In the “Additional Instructions” box, leave us a note, to re-insert the spaces.
All correspondence with Arctic Summit is done through messaging and/or email. This ensures that a written record of all communications is available and easily referenced.
