At Arctic Summit, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made items designed to meet your expectations. Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns, refunds, and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

Faulty Items:
If your item is defective or has a manufacturing issue, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not offered for faulty items. -
Incorrect Customization:
If an error has been made in the customization of your item due to a mistake on our part, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not issued for incorrectly made items.
To qualify for a return or replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of the original purchase date, and the item must be in new, unused condition.
What If I Ordered the Incorrect Size?
If you ordered an incorrect size, we offer a resizing service to ensure your bracelet fits perfectly. Here’s how it works:

Contact Us:
Notify us within 30 days of the original purchase date to arrange for resizing. Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify. -
Resizing Fee:
A custom resizing fee of $15.00 will apply. This fee covers shipping, additional materials, and the time required to resize your bracelet. -
Return Shipping:
Once the resizing fee is paid, we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label to send your item back to us. -
Processing and Return:
After your bracelet has been resized, it will be shipped back to you via USPS First Class.
How to Initiate a Return or Resizing Request
To begin the process, please contact us at support@arcticsummit.com. Include the following details in your request:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue or resizing request
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days.
Important Notes
- Custom Nature of Items: As all our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for reasons unrelated to defects, incorrect customization, or resizing needs.
- Resizing Eligibility: Resizing requests are only valid for new, unused items within 30 days of purchase.
- Shipping Costs: The resizing fee includes the cost of shipping both ways for your convenience.
